Another space saver is to use all microwave safe bowls. That way you can put your leftover food directly into the refrigerator, and when it comes time to eat your leftover food, you can take the bowl directly from the refrigerator and put it into the microwave.
Instead of taking hard luggage with you in your RV, consider taking one soft duffel bag instead. This way you can roll the duffel bag up and store it in a compartment instead of having hard  luggage take up a large amount of space.
In the bathroom, consider putting a basket into the shower for soiled clothes. When you want to take a shower, simply remove the basket and set it on the commode. By doing this, your dirty clothes will not take up any useable space. Also consider buying travel size toiletries as this will save tons of space.
Above all, try to make the most of the space you have. Avoid messy shelves, overflowing cabinents, and clutter on horizontal surfaces, as this will make your RV feel small and cramped, as well as a place that you will dread spending time in. Eliminate and consolidate in whatever way you can, and then neatly arrange the essentials. In a few months time you will be wondering how you got along with so much unnecessary stuff, instead of wondering how you get along with so little.

One easy way to decide what to take with you in your RV is to keep things that serve a dual purpose. For instance, instead of having a desktop computer, flat screen monitor, and a television, you could instead get a laptop computer with a TV tuner built into it. In this way, the laptop would serve a dual purpose. It would be both your computer and your television. This would save a large amount of space, and would probably lighten the load that your tow vehicle has to pull by 100 pounds..
Realistically, if you are going to live in a RV, you are going to have to consolidate your possessions. Consolidating your possessions is probably the hardest step in preparing to live in a RV, harder even than choosing the RV itself.
